All aspects of these areas received positive scores, the same as last year. Active participants gave an average of 7.4 (7.3 in 2012) and pension beneficiaries even gave 8.2 (8.1 in 2012).  These scores are higher than the national average. At a time when pensions are often in the news, and there is a continued lack of clarity about pensions in the law, we are happy with this result.

The BOP investigation revealed that the various forms of information such as newsletters, brochures, pension statements and "The year in brief" have high readership. Confidence in the Pension Fund is also high. Furthermore, it emerged that the older participants become, the more interested they are in their pensions and the more satisfied they are with the service.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the questionnaire for their co-operation.
